Hi and Welcome to PDS Site!
In order to have a decent online presence and to avoid spam, spambots and other undesirable events, your registration as new user must meet Administrators approval. This is valid for all new registrations as from this date. All registrations require valid e-mail address. Approval is handled by me and you will be notified (if approved) via the sites automated e-mail system.

This will remain until I feel confident the risk for spam has decreased significantly.
