 Arbiter IV configurations

I was browsing the new Gallery and noticed a difference in the Arbiter IVs, one has 2 Missile launchers on the rear section, while in another screenshot, it has a pair of small turrets, you can see this yourself. Missile Launchers Small Turrets I'd just like to know, is the missile launcher configuration a scrapped Beta configuration, or is it an alternate configuration. |

I'm guessing that one is the Harbinger III while the other is the standard Arbiter IV.

But they are both described as Arbiter IVs in the Missile Launcher screenshot and the New SP M03. The Arbiter in the M03 screenshot are both the same configuration, I just used the other screenshot before because the Arbiter was closer, so you could see the the small turrets better. |

They are both infact Arbiter IV fleet cruisers, the varient with the missile launchers is the guided weapons platform whereas the other is the standard configuration of the fleet cruiser. Hope that helps you out guys.
