Would the new Third Era ships work in a v7.0 setting? I changed v7.0 (ex: put in the battlestar and changed Hardpoints on certain ships:smash  and was wondering if T.E. ships like the Hajjah Piramesse would be compatible with v7.0?

You can make them compatible by installing v7.0 J5 cruiser weapons on the G-3, and using the J5's flight model on her (albeit with half the agility with the loaded config). The G-3 is basically a lightly modified J5 .hod file with the plasma guns replaced with 1960s style rail missile launchers. |

Is the can the J5 have the docked light cruisers? and how would I go about useing the J5's flight model? combat intercept shuttle is a modified lavi right? im a 1337 n00b

I've fully gotten the CI shuttles to work in 7.6 with minimal adaptation necessary. It is probably necessary to replace the pulse laser mounts on the docked cruisers with the appropriately similar 7.2 material.

CIS are indeed later models of the Lavi assault corvette with some "creative liberties" taken to their function and appearance. For the "how" in making the G-3 compatible with old PDS builds, I believe Daniel just "volunteered" to assist you by stating "minimal adaptation". |

This could prove to be interesting I think i could "import" the Hajjah by adding hard points to the side and docking 2 light cruisers there (if only i knew how to). Also, Daniel would the A3 ships keep their missile banks when "imported"? P.S: i love the new CIS :thumb: im a 1337 n00b
