may be the stress bar? when go to zero the ship will be stationary and cease all type of action until get to maximum. to boldly go where no one has gone before

I know how stress bar looks. I can say that I'm very familiar with PDS and this yellow bar is something new. |

Lol, I've seen black bars and yellow bars too. Let's just leave it at someone using some non-standard piece of software in the battle management system  But I will say that there is -some- modification to the UI colours. Its not reliable but sometimes this stuff appears. |
