ok first I don't know how the vagar LDS works but I think it destroys incoming ordanance insted of blocking it like the higs shield. If this is so I have a multi-role turet that would be good for the higs. I call it the Torrent cannon but it fires a shotgun like blast, good against fighters, and there are lots of littile rounds coming in to overload the LDS system. the short comeings of a turret like this is its range so the best place for a turret like this is on a frigate. 2 I have strugled in mission 3 with the fighter limit for the higarens if thay have so many carriers why not be able to fill them up. |

Well, he has a point. However, that many strike craft would undoubtably bring back swarmer tactics. |

I'm sure you noticed that 99% of the people on this forum do make a point to make their writings legible at first glance. Also *points at SRAC140 quad mounts* - there is your "shotgun". |
