change in inspircd.conf - change the Server Description and Admin Information - Oper Name and Services Link and U-Line - the Oper hostnames under Operator Composition to your own name. 127.0.0.1 in the IP address Link I use to connect - localhost or you can use your own IP address to connect to. in InspIRCd when you are connected to the Server - you could give yourself mode +n +* for the Server Notice Masks when you are an Oper. http://pastebin.com/f6d92ac66 - inspircd.conf this should work I *think* I use UnrealIRCd + Anope |

It runs. Can't connect though, but that is probably serverwise since the service is not whitelisted and probably neither are the ports used. Code Download source
Is there any module I should bother with configuring...any at all? And can I set other chmod on the folder irc.hwaccess.net since rite now browsing it gives the files, which I do not like. Conf is wide open. Edited by Homdax on 11-10-2007 09:57 king-o'da'bigfile

That's why I need the IP address for this. 3 IPs linking to it atm which means 3 chances :) Code Download source (10:04:02) * Connecting to irc.hwaccess.net (6667) Edited by DevilKhan on 11-10-2007 10:06 |

Ah you haven't filled that in but you can leave everything #'s out as for the moment we are only having this one no services either. Yeah I know that's a pastebin flaw adding in a line with # every second line :/ but that's just an edit for you to do probably irc.hwaccess.net should fix it hub.hwaccess.net (not required on dns table) ipaddr="irc.hwaccess.net" port="7000" allowmask="83.140.32.149" autoconnect="300" failover="hub.hwaccess.net" timeout="15" transport="gnutls" bind="83.140.32.149" statshidden="no" hidden="no" sendpass="outgoing!password" recvpass="incoming!password"> |

nothing you only have 1 server atm EG # # ipaddr="irc.hwaccess.net" # port="7000" # allowmask="83.140.32.149" # autoconnect="300" # failover="hub.hwaccess.net" # timeout="15" # transport="gnutls" # bind="83.140.32.149" # statshidden="no" # hidden="no" # sendpass="outgoing!password" # recvpass="incoming!password"> the same with the services, although I'd recommend having them |

Hmmm Quote If you want to link servers to InspIRCd you must load the m_spanningtree module! Do I need that? king-o'da'bigfile

Got reply from server guy this weekend and he will whitelist the service, however we have to run on a diff port, say 40569. So I am editing accordingly.
