My main concern with the "old" ships is that they remain available to be built - but at lesser resource cost (just like the Hiigaran 'vettes). |

You mean as auxiliaries? Most ships get refitted instead to the newer configurations. |

Yes - auxiliaries are still useful and should be cheaper to produce -- if you need to flesh out your fleet on the cheap! |

Loki (a hunter-killer) Nazghul (I know, I know) Ajax (either the ancient warrior or today's cleaning supplies) Fal-Tahr Reaper (ooh... death is sexeh!) Starcruiser Bludgeon (Battleblud? - heavy) On a side note, about that whole "Grey Wolf" idea - instead of a stealth-capable Hydra... make it a stealth-capable Lothringen made to take out subsystems. Hyper nearby, cloak, approach Task Force and quickly disable the engine subsystem of its Al-Khalid, recloak and bug out. Medium armor, high speed, light PDS systems... specialized HK role? Or simply disregard this, I was more into the ship names, above  |
