Well i wanna Try out AFF but i sorta Lost my HW2 cd and i cant Find another so can Someone help me? No offince to you Guys This is a Awsome mod but i just wanna Try out This one  |

I'll put it this way. When all is said and done, the only folder you need to leave alone is the Animatics folder. The rest should be erased to leave behind a clean slate. |

A bit of advice: 1) make intelligible posts, 2) avoid double or triple posting, 3) refrain from posts with smileys only, 4) mention what os you're using when asking for tech support.

Thats not advice. Thats the way to avoid angry forum staff and get some good answers. In this forum there are a few sticky threads. Read them MegaZero. Stoopid posts deleted, since I have the power to do so. :skull: king-o'da'bigfile

Normally all i do is copy my saves folder and uninstall HW2, then delete my sierra folder, then reinstall and paste my saves where they should be. (or you can just extract the files from the .zip folder again to your desktop and look for those file in your HW2 directory.)- of course the uninstall thing wouldnt work for you. (my bad)

Go into your Homeworld2 folder, and then Data folder. See all those folders? Remove all of them except the animatics folder and .big files. Then install AFF. |

just so ya know, AFF isnt out yet. by AFF i assume you mean Angels Fall First? cause thats not even in alpha yet. |

There is an alpha. There's been two alpha releases; I've played both of them. And, please, the issue has been resolved. There's nothing more to say. |
